Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a fair return policy.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Documenting Damage

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Discounted items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have a 14-day cancellation period. To qualify, the item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Processing Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if it’s been more than 15 days since approval and you haven’t received your refund.
